Happy Halloween!

It's a rainy day in Seattle, but we still have the Halloween spirit! It helps that we went to The Farm at Swan's Trail a few weekends ago on a much nicer day. The farm is geared toward kids, but has enough to keep adults busy, too. We wandered around the pumpkin patch, got coffee and went on a hayride past the impressively large corn maze to the apple orchard where we picked 14 pounds of two different types of apples.

It was plenty of fun! If you are looking for a pick-your-own apples or pick-your-own pumpkins farm within a reasonable driving distance of Seattle, The Farm at Swan's Trail is where it's at. It took us about an hour to drive to the farm from downtown Seattle.
